Hello Kitty Purse/Box Template

Hi Everyone
I've gotten a few comments about the purse/box that I posted yesterday and I though I'd share how I put it together. It is so simple you will soon use it as a go to box. It's kind of hard to tell but this box holds about 12 cards. It's really a great gift to give someone.
This purse/box is made from a 12" x 12" sheet of cardstock
Step 1. Score one side at 3" and at 9"
Step 2. Rotate the paper around so that your 3" and 9" score lines are horizontal to you.
Step 3. Score the other side at 4 1/2" and 7 1/2"
Step 4. You will make four cuts in this step. Cut the card stock along the 4 1/2" and 7 1/2" score line up to the 3" and 9" score line.
Step 5. The below picture is the inside of the box. You will want to add adhesive where seen in the picture.
Step 6. The below picture is the outside of the box. You will want to place adhesive where seen on the picture (on the small flaps)
Step 7. Assemble the bag. Fold in the small flaps first then the larger flaps.
Here is a picture again of the finished product. I wanted to include a card that I made earlier this week so you could get a better view of the proportion of the box/purse. This will hold about 12 cards and evnie's. This is a great gift for someone you want to just give a treat to or if you want to make some personalized cards or something.

Thanks for stopping by. Let me know if you have any questions about the box purse.
Have a great day!
Tammy
